Customer Service Advisor - UAE Nationals

Role Overview As a Customer Advisor, you'll work as part of a team to solve complex business issues, ensuring seamless operations and a professional setting for both people and clients. You'll be responsible for managing floor operations, greeting visitors, and ensuring all callers and visitors are dealt with promptly and accurately. What You Will Do Responsibilities include adhering to the allocated budget, managing floor operations, greeting visitors, and performing general maintenance of the reception area. Why It Might Be a Fit We're looking for a high school certificate holder or a Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service related roles, with strong organizational skills, excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, and a professional telephone manner. Requirements • High school certificate (or equivalent) or a Bachelor's degree • Fluency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Arabic is an advantage, French is a plus • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service related roles such as front desk or receptionist role • Experience with a professional services firm is an advantage • Strong organizational skills • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills • Must possess a professional telephone manner • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure • Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative • Demonstrated team player • Must possess a warm, friendly and professional demeanor • Basic PC skills on excel and word • Basic keyboard skills (at least 25 wpm)
