Role Overview Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Contract Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end order fulfillment and shipment logistics while maintaining exceptional customer relationships and accurate operational reporting. What You Will Do Manage Order Fulfillment and Logistics, Drive Customer Relationship Management, Optimize Operational and Quality Standards, Facilitate Cross-Departmental Coordination. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, alongside relevant operational experience in customer service or warehousing. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Relevant operational experience in customer service or warehousing • Practical knowledge of Contract Logistics, GCC import and export customs regulations, and local market service requirements • Technical proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Outlook) and hands-on experience with SAP WMS or similar ERP systems • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong mathematical ability for inventory reconciliation, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
